Travel Expert Pro is the trading name of Travpass Corporate Service Provider LLC, a limited liability company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2.1 Travel Expert Pro is an independent private travel consultancy. We are not a government entity, embassy, consulate, or visa-issuing authority, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised to act on behalf of any government body.

2.2 Our services consist of:

• Document checklist preparation tailored to your profile
• Review and quality-check of application documents
• Guidance on appointment booking processes and logistics
• Assistance with application form completion
• Drafting support for cover letters and travel itineraries
• General advisory on application requirements

2.3 We do not:

• Issue visas, travel permits, or any government document
• Guarantee the approval of any application
• Influence, expedite, or accelerate decisions made by embassies, consulates, visa application centres, or any government authority
• Submit applications without your express written consent and active involvement

2.4 All application decisions rest solely and exclusively with the relevant government authorities. The outcome of any application depends on factors outside our control, including the assessment made by the issuing authority.

3.1 Our service fees are quoted to you in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or a signed engagement document) before any work begins. Indicative fee ranges are published on our Service Fees page and are subject to change.

3.2 Government fees, visa application centre fees (e.g. VFS Global, TLScontact), biometric fees, courier charges, translation fees, and insurance premiums are separate from our service fee and are paid by you directly to the relevant party or reimbursed to us at cost.

3.3 All service fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer, card, or other methods specified at the time of engagement.

3.4 All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate, unless stated otherwise.

4.1 Because our service fee covers professional consultancy time, document preparation, and case handling - work that begins as soon as you engage us - refunds are limited as follows:

• (a) If you cancel before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of our service fee.
• (b) If you cancel after work has commenced but before submission of your application, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, proportional to the work already completed.
• (c) Once your application has been submitted to the relevant authority, no refund of our service fee is available, regardless of the application outcome.

4.2 Government fees, visa application centre fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable by us once paid to the relevant third party.

4.3 We do not refund our service fee in the event of an application refusal, delay, or any other outcome decided by the relevant authority, as the outcome is outside our control.

5.1 You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation
• Notify us promptly of any change in your circumstances that may affect your application
• Pay our service fees and any third-party charges on time
• Comply with all applicable laws of the UAE and the destination country
• Sign and submit your own application; we do not impersonate clients or submit applications in your name without your explicit authorisation

5.2 You acknowledge that providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in application refusal, entry bans, or legal consequences imposed by the relevant authority. We accept no liability for outcomes arising from inaccurate information you have provided.

All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, images, and design - is the property of Travpass Corporate Service Provider LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the service fee actually paid by you to us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

7.2 We are not liable for:

• The outcome of any application decided by a government authority
• Delays caused by government bodies, visa application centres, embassies, consulates, or third-party service providers
• Loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or untruthful information provided by you
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of enjoyment

7.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including visa application centres, government portals, and information resources). We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at travelexpertpro.com/privacy-policy/. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

10.1 You consent to receive service-related communications from us by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email regarding your engagement.

10.2 Marketing communications will only be sent if you have opted in, and you may opt out at any time.

11.1 We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, false information, abusive behaviour towards our staff, or non-payment.

11.2 In the event of termination by us for cause, no refund of our service fee is payable for work already performed.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, strikes, pandemic measures, or disruptions to government processing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
